The refueling station will require the ability to capture customer spacecraft in order to supply them with fuel. Doing this will require a docking functionality.The ISS international partnership has developed an International Docking System Standard. This system can accommodate a wide range of vehicle contact and capture conditions. All vehicles visiting the ISS are required to be IDSS compliant. This will need to continue being the case for spacecrafts visiting for refueling.
